- Empathy & User Research:Â Understanding your users through interviews, observations, and persona development.
- Hands-on Activity:Â Lean customer interviews and creating empathy maps.
Afternoon Session (1:30 PM – 5:00 PM)
- Defining Problem Statements:Â Framing design challenges and identifying user needs.
- Ideation & Brainstorming:Â Generating creative solutions through collaborative techniques.
- Introduction to Prototyping:Â Bringing your ideas to life with low-fidelity prototypes.
- Hands-on Activity:Â Developing problem statements and creating low-fidelity prototypes.
Day 2:Â Applying HCD & Leveraging AI
Morning Session (9:00 AM – 12:30 PM)
- Testing & Iteration:Â Gathering feedback and refining your designs.
- AI for Rapid Prototyping:Â Exploring relevant tools for lean prototyping
- AI for customer testing:Â Exploring tools for efficient feedback collection.
- Hands-on Activity:Â Conducting customer testing with AI tools and iterating prototypes.
